We teach children’s classes with a bent to developing self confidence, self discipline and focus. We try to provide this in an enjoyable environment that will provide the greatest possible enthusiasm.
Our adult classes provide a balance between fitness and technical training.
Hapkido training
Hapkido training is diverse and incorporates hand strikes, kicking, throwing, locking and grappling. By developing a broad range of skills the Hapkido practitioner strives to have tools that apply to many different situations.
Children’s Classes
Our children’s classes specialise in developing self-confidence and self-respect as respect for others. We attempt to teach kids to the highest possible standard while making the class environment as enjoyable as possible.
Arnis
We train in Philippine stick and knife fighting. Usually private and small group training. As well as being useful for self-defence, Arnis is great for developing speed and coordination.
Self defense training
We do scenario training as well as learning throws, strikes and locks for Self Defence.
Weapon training
We train with sword, staff, short stick, walking cane, fan, rope and other traditional weapons as well as studying how to use everyday objects for self-defence.
Women's Self Defence
Specialised training in class and special group training is available for women and girls.
Private training
Private classes can be arranged for all types of training. Self defence or security, fitness, weapons training, or tournament preparation.
